Favourite Healthy + Eco-Friendly Brands List

As a lover of nature, a vegetarian, and a holistic ayurvedic wellness coach and practitioner, here is a list of some of my favorite healthy brands. Some are straight up good for us and the planet, and some are healthier alternatives. I was inspired to make this healthy brand list in honour of Earth Day and Earth Month. As Earth is our home, every day we can be giving thanks for this abundant planet that sustains us. We can always be aiming to live in healthier relationship and synergy with the Earth, our self, and all our relations.

Do you have any favorite environmentally conscious, health conscious brands? Share them in the comments or send me an email! I love discovering eco-friendly, good for people and planet brands. I love B Corps, which are companies that have the highest standards for ethics, transparency, and consider well-being for Mama Earth and all. I’m not affiliated with any of these companies or brands, I enjoy them and want to share them with you.

I will adjust and add to this list. The beauty of supply and demand and the rising consciousness of the planet, is that we can see how many people are starting to care more by how many eco consciousness, Earth and people friendly brands there are and growing! Of course, our thoughts and habits around consumption are something to think about.

Traditional Medicinals Tea: They use compostable tea bags free of microplastics! One of my absolute favorite organic tea brands, readily available in grocery stores. *B Corp

Organic India: Tea and supplements. Another one of my absolute favorite and loved organic tea brands! They use compostable tea bags free of microplastics and feature their farmers on the tea boxes! *B Corp

Dr. Bronner’s: Clean soap brand, castille soap, organic and fair trade. The soap can be used for so many things! Body and hair wash, fruit and vegetable wash, laundry, dish, and cleaning soap, pet shampoo, oh the beauty of natural products! *B Corp

Badger: Organic, all natural body care products. Family owned and climate conscious. Company workers get to bring their babies to work. 😍 Sustainable packaging with a “mission to eliminate waste and create a new consumer paradigm that results in healing rather than harming our planet”. *B Corp

Alter Eco Foods: Organic, fair trade, climate neutral, clean ingredient chocolate with compostable wrappers. They have granola too. *B Corp

Amy’s: Mostly organic non GMO vegan and vegetarian food brand. Canned and frozen food for when we don’t feel like cooking. Thank you Amy’s!

Columbia Gorge Organic: Organic juice brand. All natural and no additives. So tasty and nourishing! They are one of only around 6 organic fruit orchards in beautiful Hood River Valley, Oregon according to their website. Thank you Columbia Gorge Organic, keep it up and way to set a standard!

Kamik Shoes: Sustainablity focused, eco-friendly shoe brand with vegan and waterproof options. I wear some of their winter, vegan friendly boots and they have lasted me seasons! I love this brand!

Sanuk Shoes: Shoe brand focused on sustainability with vegan options!

Forager: Organic, plant based yogurts, milks, and other foods that taste good with clean ingredients. Mmmm!

Malk Organics: Plant based milk, all clean ingredients, no fillers or gums, bpa free bottle. The simplest and cleanest, most pure nut milk.

Louisville Vegan Jerky: Soy jerky brand that tastes really yummy in my opinion! I’ve tried other vegan jerky and this brand is my favorite for texture and fun flavors, as long as you are ok with soy.

Green Goo: Natural skin care and repair, and healing salves. This stuff works amazing and makes my skin feel so loved and soothed, especially my face, eyes, and hands. All natural ingredients, no ingredients we need to worry about. I’m so happy you’re available to us Green Goo!

Auromere: Ayurvedic wellness brand offering incense, body care products like shampoo, massage oil and soap, and support of a unique mission to bring about unity. Auromere herbal ayurvedic toothpaste is my preferred toothpaste.

Lundberg Family Farms Rice: Non-gmo, organic, regenerative organic rice and rice foods. Each spring before they run their tractors, they search for and relocate duck nests to rescue and not plow their eggs ❤️.

Simpli: Regenerative organic, sustainably sourced food like grains, beans, and oils. “There are many things that are broken about our food system, but here’s the beautiful part: There are just as many people trying to fix it. Trying to understand which choices make the biggest difference. Trying to put the most nourishing meals on their kitchen tables. That’s you. And we’re so glad you’re here.” -from the Simpli website.

Little Sesame: Organic, clean ingredient hummus. Delicious with a variety of flavors!

Bitchin’ Sauce: Vegan dipping sauce with organic and soy free options. This sauce is so good with crackers or french fries and my sister uses the pesto dip on pasta! What would you use it on?

Simple Mills: This brand is so clean! Pure and real ingredients, nothing unnecessary or artificial. They have crackers, cookies, bars and baking mixes, healthy snacks! Their crackers go great with Bitchin’ sauce.

Bear: Fruit snacks with clean ingredients!

Grove Co.: Household products with plastic free container options and a mission to avoid single use plastics. Bio-based, cruelty-free, ethically sourced ingredients.

Happy Earth Apparel: Organic clothing brand with active wear, warm jackets, unisex tees and sweats, women’s dresses and more. They’re climate neutral too!

Facial Cleansing Wipes: Desert Essence Tea  Tree Oil Facial Cleansing Pads and Trader Joe’s Spa Natural Facial Cleansing Pads with Tea Tree Oil. I included these products because of the clean ingredients, but honestly I dont feel %100 great about using throw away cleansing pads. Sometimes I want something quick and easy. What are your thoughts? Do you have better alternatives in terms of sustainability? I would really love to know and switch! While we’re talking about a Trader Joe’s product I also love the Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner which has mostly clean ingredients, is affordable in store, and works great. (I think there are varied opinions about TJs, I have not done my research there and want to make that clear. I appreciate their affordability and these 2 products I’m highlighting I appreciate the clean ingredients and effectiveness.)
