Use the affirmations that feel helpful, encouraging and inspiring to you. Change is not always easy and sometimes it causes a lot of discomfort. Sometimes change brings excitement. Sometimes change is scary and exciting at the same time. Allow yourself to move through change, knowing you are capable and supported. Remember to care for yourself and be a friend to yourself.
