Here is an outline of what our meetings can look like. This is a suggested framework and we can focus on any area of your life that is lighting up for your loving attention.
Sample Booking Outline: Ayurveda Wellness Lifestyle Package – Session 1 Intake is 90 minutes to 2 hours. All other sessions are one hour.
Session 1: Intake and discovery. An in depth get to know you session.
Session 2: Intake findings and constitution. Discover your Ayurvedic mind-body type.
Session 3: Dosha time of day and your daily routine (dinacharya).
Session 4: Food- how we eat, food pairing, 6 tastes, Joyful Belly
Session 5: Emotional wellness and Ayurveda
Session 6: Additional questions and support
