Take advantage of the powerful cosmic energy currently at play in favor of growth for the highest good of all. (Research the current astrology and energy if you’re interested!) The highest good of all includes your individual highest good. What does that mean to you? What do you want? How do you envision your happiest, best, most fulfilled life? “You have to name it to claim it.” So get clear. Happy, Healthy, Fulfilled, Fun, Ease, Beauty, Travel, Feeling Good. You can choose your own words. There are so many, just get going and watch the momentum build! Or maybe you choose one word. One word or idea to focus on that makes you feel good. It’s up to you, all that matters is that what you’re focusing on makes you feel good. Don’t worry about the how while you’re envisioning either, just focus on what you want and how good it feels to have it.
Make a vision board! This is your equinox guidance. Or start a scripting journal. Or a focus wheel. Or gratitude journal. What other focus and manifestation practices can you think of? Do the one or ones that most inspire you. I would love to hear your ideas and/or what your focus is in the comments, build and share the energy of creation and inspiration!
This is a great activity to do if you are forced to stay inside. Use magazines, newspapers, catalogs and print outs from junk mail. That’s where a lot of my images came from! You can color. You can script. Be creative! Play some music, sip some tea or wine, open the windows and get creating!
I wanted to pull an oracle card for the equinox but my vision board made me feel way more inspired. May you feel the inspiration as well.
P.S. this is totally biased to the Spring Equinox. I’m in the northern hemisphere and feeling the spring energy. It just goes beautifully in hand with the beginning of Aries season and the astrological new year.
