Happy Earth month! Although I think every single day we should be aware of our connection with Earth and Mama Nature. Hey, at least we’ve upgraded as a collective from Earth Day to an entire month dedicated to sustainability and awareness!
As a lover of nature, a vegetarian, a holistic Ayurvedic wellness practitioner and yoga teacher, here is a list of some of my favorite better for life brands. I was inspired to make this healthy brand list in honour of Earth Day and Earth Month. As Earth is our home, every day we can be giving thanks for this abundant planet that sustains us. We can always be aiming to live in healthier relationship and synergy with the Earth, our self, and all beings.
I believe it is our collective dharma and potential as humans to learn to live in harmony with Earth. What a high honour to have this great opportunity to learn about the magic, beauty and abundance of the planet we live on in this vast universe. It is a great privilege to live within such a bountiful and beautiful place. We are so blessed it can be easy to take it for granted.
What are the ways you personally connect with, celebrate, and honour the Earth and your existence here on Earth? Share in the comments or send me an email!
My invitation to you: Bring your own reusable coffee cup if you love ordering to go coffee and tea at shops! If you enjoy hot drinks it’s an added bonus that your drink stays warm longer than in throw away single use cups. 😀
Do you have any favorite environmentally conscious, health conscious, eco friendly brands? Share them in the comments or send me an email! I love discovering eco-friendly, good for people and planet brands that have the highest standards for ethics, transparency, and consider well-being for Mama Earth and all.
I’m not affiliated with any of these companies or brands, I enjoy them and want to share them with you.

Louisville Vegan Jerky: Soy jerky brand that tastes really yummy in my opinion! I’ve tried other vegan jerky and this brand is my favorite for texture and fun flavors, as long as you are ok with soy.
Lundberg Family Farms Rice: Non-gmo, organic, regenerative organic rice and rice foods. Each spring before they run their tractors, they search for and relocate duck nests to rescue and not plow their eggs ❤️.
Simpli: Regenerative organic, sustainably sourced food like grains, beans, and oils. “There are many things that are broken about our food system, but here’s the beautiful part: There are just as many people trying to fix it. Trying to understand which choices make the biggest difference. Trying to put the most nourishing meals on their kitchen tables. That’s you. And we’re so glad you’re here.” -from the Simpli website.
Little Sesame: Regenerative organic, vegan, clean ingredient hummus. Delicious with a variety of flavors and happy fun vibes! They soak their chickpeas, this makes such a difference for increased digestibility with amazing taste and texture!
Bitchin’ Sauce: Vegan dipping sauce with organic and soy free options. This sauce is so good with crackers or french fries and my sister uses the pesto dip on pasta! What would you use it on?
Simple Mills: This brand is so clean! Pure and real ingredients, nothing unnecessary or artificial. They have crackers, cookies, bars and baking mixes, healthy snacks! Their crackers go great with Bitchin’ sauce.
Bear: Fruit snacks with clean ingredients!
CLOTHING
Happy Earth Apparel: Organic clothing brand with active wear, warm jackets, unisex tees and sweats, women’s dresses and more.
Pact Organic Clothing: Organic cotton women’s clothing!
Fair Indigo: Organic cotton, fair trade clothing.
Kamik Shoes: Sustainability focused, eco-friendly shoe brand with vegan and waterproof options. I wore some of their winter, vegan friendly boots and they have lasted me seasons! I love this brand!

Griffin Remedy: All natural hair, skin, and body care. The lavender deep hydration restorative conditioner is my absolute favorite with %100 clean ingredients!
Grove Co.: Household products with plastic free container options and a mission to avoid single use plastics. Bio-based, cruelty-free, ethically sourced ingredients.
Clean Cult: Eco-friendly laundry soap and cleaning products, plastic free, plastic neutral company. Fragrance free options, free from harsh chemicals.
Wool Dryer Balls: Instead of dryer sheets, try wool dryer balls! Dryer balls help reduce drying time, static and wrinkles. You can sprinkle essential oil on the dryer balls to add your desired scent! Any organic, eco friendly wool dryer balls will do. The ones linked are the ones I personally use and enjoy (so sorry for the amazon link! iykyk).

Green Goo: Natural skin care and repair, and healing salves. This stuff works amazing and makes my skin feel so loved and soothed, especially my face, eyes, and hands. All natural ingredients, no ingredients we need to worry about. I’m so happy you’re available to us Green Goo!
Blue Beautifly: Clean, organic skincare in glass bottles with a bottle buy back program and eco friendly packaging. The last 2 years they have gifted a $25 credit at the beginning of the calendar year to email subscribers. How kind
Mad Hippie: Clean ingredient, non toxic, vegan, sustainable skin care products.
Marley’s Monsters: Eco friendly facial cleansing pads, baby wipes, cloth “paper” towels and more! Mission to replace single use products with sustainable reusable products!
Facial Cleansing Wipes: Desert Essence Tea Tree Oil Facial Cleansing Pads and Trader Joe’s Spa Natural Facial Cleansing Pads with Tea Tree Oil. I included these products because of the clean ingredients, but I don’t feel %100 great about using throw away cleansing pads. Since finding Marley’s Monsters I haven’t used the single use cleansing pads. I pour some witch hazel from Bretanna on the reusable cotton pads and that works well for me!
While we’re talking about Trader Joe’s products I also love the Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner which has mostly clean ingredients, is affordable in store, and works great. (I think there are varied opinions about TJs, I have not done my research there and want to make that clear. I appreciate their affordability and these 2 products I’m highlighting I appreciate the clean ingredients and effectiveness.)
