The equinox on September 22nd marks the beginning of autumn or spring in most parts of the world. During the equinox, the theme is balance because we have equal parts day and night. Don’t expect to feel total balance at this time however. The equinox also marks the beginning of a new season and therefore the end of another. Change and growth are happening as always.
