Birthing the Divine & Living Your Dreams

“For where there’s creativity, spirit and soul are present. And the world needs those qualities more now than ever before.” -Starseed Oracle
Here we are at the beginning of the month in Pisces Season. We start the month with the Sun in the dreamy, soulful, watery energy of Pisces. What is swimming in your consciousness and inner depths as we come to the completion and beginning of a new astrological cycle? A key trait of the Pisces archetype is being sensitive to energy and having an unclear boundary of where you end and someone or something else begins, so be mindful of this when considering your emotional wellbeing. Be aware of escapism and be gentle with yourself about it.
Pisces holds within it the energy of all 12 signs of the zodiac. This is old soul energy, expressing wisdom, lessons, and potentialities. By the end of the month we will have begun a new astrological year and a new season, astrologically and environmentally. If it’s helpful, you can think of this as new years energy in the West. This is a good time to be dreaming about and imagining what you would like to create and experience this year, and beyond. It is also a good time to reflect on where you have been and how you have felt and what you’ve experienced the previous 12 months. This may also help with present moment clarity.
What might your soul and the Divine want to experience and create through your unique expression? Pause and ponder this question. Is there something you need to let go of or reframe? Remember, you are a spark of the Divine and Source Energy lives in you as you. If you have no idea, or if you’ve been feeling lost or confused, this is a good time to get clarity and commit or recommit to a vision. You are being called to “get back to the essence of what you’re about. To devote your life to what you care most about… to lose yourself in the potency of what it is that most expands your heart. To live your life according to what makes you come alive, rather than what everyone else thinks. To make your life one big moving prayer.” – Starseed Oracle
What does this mean to you? Tune in to the wisdom of your heart and soul. You don’t necessarily need to act yet, though acts of creativity are always welcome. Allow time for meditation, contemplation, reflection, journaling, feeling, daydreaming, envisioning, creativity. As feelings arise, listen to what they have to say and notice the wisdom in what there is to convey. Remember you are allowed to have support and guidance, you don’t need to journey alone. Your feelings and daydreams are important. Allow feelings to arise and flow. Honour any difficult feelings with compassion and allow them to be felt and heard. Respond to yourself with love. Honour dreams and desires with belief in possibilities. Explore possibilities. Feel for what matters most to you. If you have heartfelt desires and dreams, they are not trivial. They are Divinely inspired. And as they are Divinely inspired, they are Divinely supported. What’s required of you is clarity, faith, and aligned action. If you feel confused, make it a priority to come back to yourself and find your center before rushing into unaligned action.
What do you long for and how would you like to be in your heart of hearts? What steps can you take to make this real for you? Honour desires and ideas big and small. Remember you do not control all the details. Keep in mind outcomes and how you would like to feel. You are a powerful creator and your thoughts and beliefs have tremendous creative power.
“Earth is renowned as a planet of manifestation and creativity and yet so many of us have forgotten how to create… Yet to be human is to be creative. Creativity is part of your true nature… surrender to the creative projects that both scare and excite you… find a way to weave beauty into everyday life. For where there’s creativity, spirit and soul are present. And the world needs those qualities more now than ever before.” – Starseed Oracle
If you feel guilty about pursuing personal growth and healing, or creative pleasure and joy in your life, or you don’t believe your vision is possible or important enough to make a difference, consider this teaching attributed to Lao Tzu:
“If there is to be peace in the world,
There must be peace in the nations.
If there is to be peace in the nations,
There must be peace in the cities.
If there is to be peace in the cities,
There must be peace between neighbors.
If there is to be peace between neighbors,
There must be peace in the home.
If there is to be peace in the home,
There must be peace in the heart.”
-Attributed to Lao Tzu
Ask yourself- how can I have peace in my heart? Don’t limit yourself to one answer.
